**Shipping and Delivery Policy**

- We currently ship to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and worldwide.

- Your order will be delivered within a period ranging from (2 - 5) business days within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, depending on the city. For example, orders received on Thursday evenings and Fridays each week will be shipped on the following Saturday as the first business day.

- Upon receiving your order, the operations team will send you an email containing the purchase order number and shipment number. You can track the shipment's progress through the shipping company's website after receiving the tracking link.

- The shipping cost is determined based on the order value:

  1. If the order value is less than 299 Saudi Riyals, the shipping cost is 30 Saudi Riyals.
  2. If the order value is 300 Saudi Riyals or more, shipping is free within the Kingdom.

In the case of entering an incorrect address (for example, entering the name of the nearest main city and the correct address in one of the villages belonging to that city), this may result in the appearance of incorrect shipping company options. The shipping company may refuse to deliver, and the shipment will be returned. The customer is responsible for the return and re-shipping fees after receiving the returned shipment from the shipping company.

If the customer does not receive the shipment or does not respond to the shipping company after the third attempt or after 48 hours for the redbox pick-up service, the shipment will be returned. The customer bears the return and re-shipping fees, and the order cannot be canceled in this case. In the case of returning the entire or partial order, the free delivery fees will be charged if the final order amount changes from the minimum. The refund will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned shipment from the shipping company.

- The shipment cannot be canceled after issuance, and its fees are non-refundable in all cases.
- The return fees for orders are equal to the original shipping fees.
- What is mentioned in the tracking information from the shipping company is the only reference to be relied upon.
- All shipping companies communicate through phone calls and text messages only.
- Ignoring the address confirmation or not responding to the delivery address request from the shipping companies is the customer's responsibility.

2. Personal information of merchants, such as name, email, national ID, or residence number.
3. Information about the store and its legal entity, such as the commercial registration number and a photocopy of the commercial registration.
4. Personal login information for the online store, such as the username, password, and email.
5. If the merchant does not provide any of the required data, Solutions Tech may attempt to obtain it from other sources.

Second: Information about Revenues and Goods or Services for Stores: 
1. We are constantly aware of revenues as merchants use the electronic payment gateways we provide at Solutions Tech.
2. We are aware of data related to the goods or services offered through the stores created by Solutions Tech.
3. We are aware of the general performance of stores to provide support and guidance to merchants to improve their store performance.

Third: Information about Consumers or Customers at Stores: 
As we are always keen on developing our customer services, we are aware of the number of customers and their segments.

Fourth: Sharing Data about Merchants and Stores: 
1. Solutions Tech aims to develop the businesses of its users by retaining this information to improve the quality of the online store and facilitate e-commerce through Solutions Tech.
2. No one has access to this information except for authorized Solutions Tech administrators, with official permission to access specific and legally restricted information. No one is allowed to share this information without the owner's permission.
3. In case of any irregular activity, Solutions Tech has the right to share the information with legal authorities to take necessary actions to protect the rights of Solutions Tech and other users.

Fifth: Merchant's Consent: 
If you are a merchant with Solutions Tech, you agree to publish the "Privacy and Information Confidentiality Policy" on your store interface, complying with the laws and regulations applicable to your business. You also agree to obtain your customers' consent to use and access their personal information by Solutions Tech and any third parties defined by Solutions Tech.

What Data Solutions Tech Collects from Merchants and Why: 
1. Your name, address, email address, and phone number.
2. We need this information to provide our services to you, such as verifying your identity, contacting you, and issuing invoices.
3. We collect data from the web pages we host and collect data about how and when you log into your account, as well as information about the device you are using, the browser, and your IP address.
4. The purpose of accessing this information is to improve the services we provide to you.
5. When registering for our services, activating logistics services and payment services in your account, we will collect your addresses, type of business activity, commercial registration number, date of birth, and information about your bank account and personal identification/official identification. This is done to activate logistics and payment services for you, monitor fraud and risks, and comply with current legal requirements.
6. We collect personal information about your customers shared with us during shopping and payment, and we use this information to facilitate order completion and provide high-quality customer service.
7. This information may also be used if you give us explicit permission to do so.
8. Your address book containing your customers' phone numbers and your phone address book that you share with us for your customers' access and to facilitate access services, complete orders, and provide high-quality customer service.
9. Your camera and photo library to allow us to provide our services, such as product images and

10. Location, allowing us to use your location for providing our services. Ensure that you allow us to access these locations.

The merchant acknowledges full awareness that if they apply for subscription to a service provided by a third party, they thereby grant complete and full authorization and permission to HululTech Store to provide the service provider with the merchant's, store's, or user's shared data with the service provider, such as username, mobile phone, email, ID or residence number, home address, and other information needed by the service provider (third party). This is to enable the service provider (third party) to provide the requested service that the user has subscribed to.

Twelfth: Rules and Terms of Use for HululTech Store:
All the commitments of HululTech Store, all the commitments of merchants, and all the rights arising in the relationship between the merchant and HululTech Store are stated here: https://hulul.app/site/home. These rules are the "Privacy and Information Confidentiality Policy" derived from the agreement between the merchant and HululTechStore when establishing the store. The Privacy and Information Confidentiality Policy is formulated to ensure the credibility and trust that HululTech Store is keen to provide to merchants.

You retain all rights to your personal information and store content, and you can access it at any time. Additionally, HululTech Store takes reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your personal information. You can update many types of personal information, such as payment information or contacts, within your account settings. If you cannot change your personal information within your account settings, please contact us to make the necessary changes. It is important to remember that if you delete or restrict the use of your personal information, our services may not work correctly and completely.

Return and Exchange Policy:

In our commitment to ensuring your purchases meet your needs, we have established the following return and exchange policy to achieve this goal. The basic conditions and requirements for the return and exchange process are as follows:

1. The return and exchange period is a maximum of 15 days.
2. Attach the original purchase invoice.
3. The device (or item) must be in its original condition, with confirmation of returning all its accessories, including the packaging and all accompanying contents.
4. Devices, connectors, and electrical adapters must be unused, in the original packaging, and cannot be exchanged after the package is opened.
5. If the box/carton is opened, and the original product packaging is removed without use, a 40% deduction from the device's value will be applied.

The return and exchange are not applicable for the following products or conditions:

1. We apologize for not accepting the return or exchange of products that have been used, installed, or have defects due to misuse.
2. Lack of the original box or any of the original packaging accessories attached, or without any accessory, or after opening electrical devices if there is no manufacturing defect.
3. Sealed goods with special packaging cannot be exchanged or returned after opening unless there is a manufacturing defect.
4. Computer software, printers, mobile phones, games, inks, printing papers, cards, vouchers, Tech Solutions services, and products (as is) cannot be returned or exchanged.
